About the Insurance Broker Position
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join Alchemy Financial Group and contribute to our business development activities. As an Insurance Broker, your primary duties will include identifying new business opportunities, promoting and selling our insurance plans, and building long-term relationships with clients to ensure the stability of our revenues and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to develop effective risk management strategies and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to sell our insurance plans to current and potential clients, and explore new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other methods.
- Claims Review: Review insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and client satisfaction, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare regular reviews of progress and present them to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: Organize and maintain accurate records, databases, and bookkeeping systems to ensure efficient operations.
- Performance Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals, and stay up-to-date with market trends and updates in the insurance industry.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in an Insurance Broker or related role.
- Client Focus: Proven ability to provide client-focused solutions and build strong relationships with clients.
- Insurance Knowledge: Experience working with various types of insurance plans, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical, and others.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computers and statistics methods, and strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.
- Results-Driven: Ability to work independently and meet performance goals without supervision.
- Education: High school or BSc degree; professional certification is a plus.
