Clinical Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Director to join our team at the Heart & Vascular Wellness Center.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with Healthcare Professionals and Patients: Collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Oversee Clinic Operations and Staff Duties: Supervise and manage the daily operations of the clinic, including staff duties and responsibilities.
- Keep Medical Professionals Informed: Ensure that medical professionals are informed about healthcare services administered at the clinic.
- Manage Clinic Budget and Billing: Oversee the management of the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory.
- Order Stock and Supplies: Procure and manage the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment and supplies.
- Develop Procedures for Optimal Patient Care: Create and implement procedures to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Perform Staff Hiring, Training, and Evaluation: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members to ensure they meet the clinic's standards.
- Manage Internal and External Communications: Coordinate internal and external communications, including responding to queries about the clinic.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, or a related field (Preferred). Master's degree in a related field is also preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
- Procurement and Budgeting: Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic, as well as proficiency in managing budgets and billing.
- Computer-Based Healthcare Administration: Competency with computer-based healthcare administration systems, such as e-clinicals and MediXcel EMR.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
