Key Responsibilities:
1.

Monitor and record vital signs and blood glucose levels. 2.

Assist patients with daily living activities; document and report any abnormal findings or changes in patient conditions. 3.

Measure and log input/output and weight. 4.

Support nursing staff as required. 5.

Respond to patient call lights. 6.

Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. 7.

Provide care tailored to the patient's condition and age. 8.

Distribute refreshments and snacks. 9.

Ensure patient rooms and work areas are clean and organized. 10.

Adhere to attendance policies. 11.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent documentation required within 30 days of hire.
Required Certification:

Nursing Assistant I certification and BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
