Job Summary
Advantage Solutions is seeking a talented Director of Business Development to lead our sales and business development operations. This high-visibility position is responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in sales development or sales management
- Proven track record of reaching sales goals and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
