$60,000 - $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relations Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizing your packaging knowledge to assist customers in making informed choices and resolving their concerns.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, driving revenue growth, and meeting company objectives.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of our products, services, pricing, and promotions to deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Efficiently processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Documenting customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, while coordinating with internal departments.
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure issue resolution and providing feedback on the customer service process.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the sales sector.
  • Demonstrated experience or knowledge in packaging is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Sales acumen with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
