  • Ensure that knowledge is accurately captured, stored, and retrieved in a timely manner.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to employees to champion a knowledge management culture.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs are identified to meet project goals.


Requirements:
  • 10+ years of general knowledge management experience.
  • Extensive experience in knowledge management, technical writing, communities management, records management, and curriculum development and requirements gathering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
