Knowledge Management Lead

At Blue Sky Innovators, we are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a knowledge management system that promotes a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative work flow among programs. Your expertise will ensure that the right knowledge is delivered to the right people, and that this information is promptly applied to business activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a knowledge management system that supports our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote knowledge-sharing and collaborative work flow among programs.
  • Ensure that knowledge is accurately captured, stored, and retrieved in a timely manner.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to employees to champion a knowledge management culture.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs are identified to meet project goals.


Requirements:
  • 10+ years of general knowledge management experience.
  • Extensive experience in knowledge management, technical writing, communities management, records management, and curriculum development and requirements gathering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
