Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the NAV finalization process, ensuring accurate P&L reconciliation and allocation to investors for both open-ended and closed-ended private funds engaged in credit strategies. Address and resolve discrepancies with third-party fund administrators and internal teams.
  • Oversee the review and reconciliation of management and performance fee calculations and payments in line with the governing documents of the funds.
  • Evaluate capital activities, allocations, and notifications.
  • Authorize client capital account statements produced by external administrators.
  • Review annual audited financial statements and collaborate with external auditors during the year-end audit process.
  • Prepare or review performance reports, Blackstone reporting deliverables, and various ad hoc requests from clients or management.
  • Prepare and/or review regulatory reports, investor communications, and customized client reports.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments, including Operations, Investor Relations, Management Reporting, Tax, and Legal and Compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with offshore resources to ensure the precise and timely preparation of necessary documentation.
  • Authorize expense allocations, operating budgets, and vendor payments.
  • Examine fund legal documents and continue to enhance or develop processes and templates.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting, fund management, or administration.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA or CFA designation is preferred.
  • Experience with credit products such as loans, CLOs, bonds, and revolvers is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, integrity, positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, summarize issues, and formulate recommendations or decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
Compensation:

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $185,000. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors, including individual experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additional compensation may be offered in connection with the role.
