About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, coordinating clinical operations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Clinical Leadership: Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery and adherence to standards.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to optimize workflow and reduce wait times.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in ongoing assessments and implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Talent Development: Support new hires through onboarding and mentoring, and provide recommendations for training and professional growth.
