Sales and Membership Growth Professional Role

We seek a driven Sales and Membership Growth Professional to join our team in Midtown NYC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service targets. Your primary focus will be on pre-planning strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals.

Responsibilities
  • Selling Club Memberships: Utilize your excellent communication skills to promote our exclusive club memberships and packages.
  • Prospecting New Business: Identify and engage with new leads to drive growth and revenue.
  • Host Events and Workshops: Organize engaging events and workshops to attract new clients and foster strong relationships with existing members.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales, renewal, and ancillary service goals through effective planning and execution.
  • Building Rapport: Develop lasting relationships with prospective and current members to create a strong referral base and retain membership.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: A proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-motivated individual with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to engage with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and industry-leading commission opportunities. Our total compensation range is approximately $80,000-$100,000, depending on performance and experience.
