Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture influential relationships, acting as a strategic ally to management while providing support to employees.
- Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies and practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Act as a consultant and mentor to all staff, including leadership, on various HR matters.
- Coordinate and execute HR services, policies, and programs under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Proactively offer solutions and insights to enhance business operations, including coaching leaders and sourcing necessary tools.
- Address and resolve employee relations challenges, manage formal grievances, and conduct thorough investigations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of legal requirements to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Advise management on performance management, career development, employee engagement, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with the HR team to analyze trends and metrics, developing effective solutions and policies.
- Oversee compliance reporting, recruitment activities, and termination processes.
- Partner with external legal counsel on immigration matters, ensuring compliance and successful outcomes.
- Provide insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and training needs.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations.
