Position Overview

The Global Talent Acquisition team at IGT is on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance our operations, strategies, and initiatives while gaining invaluable experience in a global corporate environment. The intern will collaborate closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team, contributing to various operational aspects including data analysis, recruitment processes, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of weekly Talent Acquisition reports to provide insights into recruitment metrics and trends.
    • Update the intern Tableau Dashboard weekly to ensure accurate and current data visualization.
    • Extract data for diverse business requests globally and manage ad-hoc reporting through our internal ticketing system, supporting data-driven decision-making.
    • Conduct regular audits of priority data fields in our ATS system and external job postings to guarantee accurate information and an optimal candidate experience.
  • Recruitment Operations
    • Develop process maps to guide recruiters through various stages of the Talent Acquisition process, detailing resources and their locations to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
    • Assist Talent Acquisition Partners with interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
    • Support interdepartmental invoice processing, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
  • Employer Branding
    • Assist the Early Careers team in sending out weekly updates for Internship Program Events utilizing Outlook, MS Teams, and our internal chatbot.
    • Help implement IGT's Employee Value Proposition materials, highlighting our exceptional employee benefits and culture.
    • Develop a communication strategy for IGT's Employee Referral Bonus program outside the US, attracting top talent through employee advocacy.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited institution, pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated interest in supporting Talent Acquisition or HR Operations, with a passion for enhancing candidate experiences.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) to facilitate effective data analysis and presentation.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, demonstrating commitment and a strong work ethic.
  • This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring regular in-office presence to foster collaboration and engagement with the team.

At IGT, we consider various factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. The compensation rate is $21.00/hour. Base pay is only one aspect of our Total Rewards program, which may include commission payments for sales roles and discretionary bonuses for other positions. Additionally, we offer a 401(k) Savings Plan with company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance, subject to eligibility requirements.
