Executive Vice President of Sales

Johnsonville, LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of US Retail Sales to lead our sales team in driving strategic growth and achieving sustained sales success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coach a team of sales directors and their teams to achieve sales growth and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic roadmap with key customers, incorporating financial objectives and shared strategic plans.
- Monitor performance of company's strategic plans and evaluate successes, risks, and opportunities, formulating plans to improve key performance indicators.
- Partner closely with the Commercial Planning Team to drive revenue growth management, sales strategy, and quantitative selling.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Commercial Planning, and Supply Chain Leadership to ensure seamless execution and alignment of business goals.
- 10+ years of proven success in building, training, and developing a successful team of sales leaders in the food industry.
- Extensive experience in the CPG food/perishable industry, with a strong preference for expertise in the meat sector.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across departments to develop and execute goals and customer strategies.
- Must have substantial experience and expertise with Wal-Mart, with additional experience with Kroger, Albertson's, or similar retailers strongly preferred.
