You will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, presenting our solutions to potential clients, and negotiating deals. If you have a proven track record of outside sales and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role that offers flexibility and support, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets by identifying and pursuing sales leads, and moving them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our customer base and increase revenue growth.
- Utilize social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities.
- Position S&S Painting & Restoration as the clear choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends.
- Negotiate deals and obtain sales contract signatures by presenting our solutions to prospects and addressing their needs.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; industry or product knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- 2+ years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience in a similar industry.
