We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Johnsonville. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service and support to internal and external customers, acting as a company representative and advocate.
- Collaborate with customers, sales teams, brokers, and distribution centers to resolve customer service opportunities and ensure accurate orders and shipments.
- Regularly update customers on order status and any issues, executing and analyzing customer-related reports to drive process improvement.
- Act as the primary representative and contact for specific customer accounts, managing the escalation of issues within the Customer Service Team and facilitating cross-functional issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis to understand drivers of order failure and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Participate in and lead cross-functional teams and meetings, monitoring processes to identify areas for improvement and managing metrics related to customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or significant equivalent experience required.
- 3-5 years' experience in customer service or supply chain preferred.
- Strong focus on customer success, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills, including proficiency with Business Software (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer accounts, brokers, and sales teams.
- Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
