Job Summary

In partnership with the Chief of Staff, the Practice Manager plays a vital role in the hospital, overseeing day-to-day operations to enable the medical team to focus on delivering exceptional veterinary care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to drive hospital performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Manage hospital budgets, financial planning, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Banfield policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of related experience, including direct supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership and analytical skills, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict management.
