Dental Practice Leader

Job Summary:
Aspen Dental is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dentist - DDS / DMD to lead our clinical team as a Clinical Director. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
- Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
- Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
- Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
- Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with Operations team to attain financial objectives
- Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
- Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental schools
Requirements:
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
