Responsible for overseeing the implementation of quality systems to ensure compliance with customer requirements and achieve zero defects in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Quality Department and provide clear direction to subordinates.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance understanding of quality systems.
  • Ensure completion of corrective/preventative actions and update necessary documentation.
  • Meet customer standards and maintain quality documentation.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and support company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in quality management.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Standards.
