Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and qualified individual to join our team as a Plant Controller at our largest facility in Clyde, Ohio. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the plant's finances, including preparing month-end and interim reporting.

This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and serves as a strong business partner to the plant's General Manager. You will also assist in publishing daily metrics for Revere's 9 locations and team with Revere's Corporate Controller to mentor Controllers at Revere's other 8 facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide management with daily, weekly, and monthly strategic tools to drive business results.
  • Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations, and maximize overall profitability.
  • Plan and organize annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and detailed analysis of variances from Budget.
  • Drive business goals, such as cost reduction initiatives, improvements in working capital, and capital expenditure management.
  • Develop, update, and enhance accounting system for optimum accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • CPA a plus.
  • 5 to 10 years of accounting leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • A strong general business background with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills with extensive experience working with all Microsoft Office products as well as integrated ERP systems.
  • Experience with IQMS ERP system and financial consolidation system (Planful, Hyperion or similar) a plus.
  • Must have a passion for getting things done and an appreciation for details.
  • Excellent communication skills.
