  • Operational Excellence
    • Use operational tools and data to drive decision-making and improve store operations.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Marketing and Community Outreach
    • Assist the General Manager in developing local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives and community outreach.
    • Initiate and execute marketing and special events to engage with the community and promote the brand.
  • Customer Experience
    • Collaborate with the General Manager to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Team Development
    • Assist the General Manager in developing and leading the store team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
    • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage cash activities, including daily deposits and reconciliations.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, such as inventory management and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work the hours needed to run the store effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • ServSafe Certification.
