Assistant General Manager Job Description

At Domino's Franchise, we're looking for a talented and ambitious Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as second-in-command to the General Manager, overseeing daily store operations and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Partner with the General Manager to recruit, train, and schedule Team Members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Uphold Domino's brand standards and company policies, maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations.
  • Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals, driving revenue growth and improving store performance.
  • Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with Team Members, promoting a culture of respect, open communication, and continuous learning.
  • Assist the General Manager in marketing efforts, developing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire Team Members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
