ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee roofing projects from inception to completion, including sales, insurance claims, and project management/installation.
  • Lead the sales team and labor crew effectively.
  • Supervise job sites and teams throughout the installation and production phases.
  • Manage all sales activities, including canvassing, setting appointments, conducting presentations, and finalizing sales/contracts. Conduct consultations throughout the week.
  • Perform estimates and inspections as required.
  • Order materials and complete the material order sheet.
  • Prepare labor sheets for your crew.
  • Initiate insurance claims, interpret insurance scopes, invoice, and collect payments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.
  • Track sales and projects using our CRM, AccuLynx.
  • Uphold the core values of the company.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential roofing sales and installation.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a vehicle for attending sales appointments and job sites.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Willingness to travel locally (approximately 2 hours within your area).
  • Commitment of 10-12 hours per day towards personal success.
  • Self-motivated and financially driven with strong customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate honesty and professionalism.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as necessary (building materials).
