  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet sales objectives and enhance market presence.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding roofing solutions and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery to clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to clients.
  • Monitor and assess market trends and competitor activities to uncover opportunities and risks.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market insights.
  • Recruit, coach, train, and develop a sales-focused team committed to customer service excellence.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in residential roofing sales and team leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial roofing systems and maintenance practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership and management skills to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
