Job Description

Bondoc Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
