Work Environment

  • Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, onsite during the training phase.
  • Post-Training Schedule: Flexible remote work hours available from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to collect information from healthcare professionals.
  • Assist users with a new timekeeping software application.
  • Record customer interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and resolve customer issues efficiently.
