As a key member of the Customer Service team at The Workplace Group, you will provide exceptional support for Medicaid technology initiatives. Your role will involve assisting healthcare professionals in resolving technical challenges, answering inquiries, and guiding them through various client applications.
Work Environment
- Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, onsite during the training phase.
- Post-Training Schedule: Flexible remote work hours available from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to collect information from healthcare professionals.
- Assist users with a new timekeeping software application.
- Record customer interactions in the ticketing system.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Handle inbound calls as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
