The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the order management process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Manage daily orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing, input, and updating of customer orders.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, warehouse partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates on order status.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues within our Warehouse Management System and other related systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members, warehouse partners, and clients to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer programs and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
