The Role

We're seeking an Account Coordinator to act as a liaison between our clients, warehouse partners, and internal stakeholders. This role requires effective communication, issue management, and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily orders, ensuring timely communication and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting to diagnose and correct systematic errors within our Warehouse Management System.
  • Support warehouse partner needs via various communication channels.
  • Process, input, and update customer orders accurately.
  • Track and communicate exceptions to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members, warehouse partners, and clients to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year customer service experience.
  • Prior call center experience or similar skills are preferred.
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical skills and ability to leverage new computer programs.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized during high volumes.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
