Job Overview

Energy Recruiters is hiring a Regional Account Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Southeast region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and technical knowledge of lubricants.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, providing technical support for lubricant-related applications, and conducting on-site training sessions.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with superintendents, SBU managers, and regional managers
  2. Provide technical assistance for rolling stock and fixed plant equipment lubrication
  3. Maintain reference files and quick reference guides for individual locations
  4. Conduct on-site training sessions on oil sampling techniques, product application, and best practices for lubrication and coolant handling
  5. Meet monthly and annual budgetary goals for sales, gallon volumes, and gross profit figures
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 3 years industrial sales experience
  • Experience with electronic procurement catalogs or online storefronts (Oracle iProcurement Punchout preferred)
  • Microsoft Windows proficiency, general word processing abilities, and report writing skills
  • Able to effectively present information to managers and customers
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time opportunity includes a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus fuel card, vehicle allowance, and eligibility for annual incentive-based bonus, comprehensive benefits package, and other perks.
