Account Manager

HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Sunstates Security is seeking a Full-Time Account Manager {Site Supervisor} for 1st shift. The compensation for this role is $31.00/hr - paid weekly.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement preferred
  • Proven experience in supervisory or management roles
  • Reliable transportation and communication methods
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Must be reachable for phone communication
  • Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure
  • Proficient in reading and understanding written instructions and communicating information clearly
  • Exceptional report writing skills
  • Willingness to work during holidays and weekends
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Capable of working independently
  • Leadership experience is essential; payroll and scheduling experience is also required

A Security Officer may be tasked with a variety of responsibilities as outlined by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Shift Supervisor must thoroughly understand these directives and act swiftly and effectively in accordance with them.
