Role Overview:
The Senior Customer Success Manager (Sr CSM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our offerings. This position is essential for fostering a network of satisfied and referenceable clients. The Sr CSM will serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout their journey with Youreka, delivering exceptional engagement that drives retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of the client journey and ensure their success.
2. Facilitate user onboarding, promote product adoption, and manage account expansions and renewals.
3. Ensure clients achieve the anticipated value from our solutions.
4. Cultivate relationships and trust with stakeholders across client organizations to align their needs with our services.
5. Proactively identify and resolve issues, advocating for clients internally.
6. Recognize potential churn risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
7. Develop and manage strategic account plans.
8. Provide internal feedback on process enhancements to improve customer experience.
9. Act as a knowledgeable advocate, offering expertise and guidance to inform client decisions.
10. Streamline communication and facilitate effective interactions.
About You:
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, either through usage or sales experience.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working across various industries and with Fortune 500 clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience selling to established technology customers.
- Ability to drive revenue and retention growth while enhancing client engagement.
- Results-oriented, adaptable, proactive, with keen attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
- Passionate about collaborating closely with clients to ensure their success.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Work Environment:
Our team supports remote work, allowing flexibility in location. The majority of our team members are concentrated in the Maryland/D.C. area, with collaboration primarily occurring during east coast hours.
