About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring new clients and projects for our high-tech and engineering consultancy services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth through relationship-building and identifying business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new clients in sectors such as technology, energy, and life sciences.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Achieve sales goals and expand the client portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in B2B services.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals, contributing to company revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience in sectors like technology, engineering, energy, or life sciences.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, key players, and technical requirements of projects in these fields.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives, technical managers, and decision-makers.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and pricing, understanding of project-based sales.
  • Strong ability to work independently, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Adept at identifying market trends and tailoring approaches accordingly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations, proposals, and internal reporting.
  • Experience with CRM software for tracking sales and managing client accounts.
