Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to oversee our enterprise sales team. As a Senior Sales Manager - Enterprise Solutions, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the company's success in the enterprise market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with C-level executives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a demonstrated ability to close complex deals and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- A proven track record of leading a sales team and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have:
- A deep understanding of the enterprise software market and the needs of C-level executives.
- The ability to articulate the value proposition of our solutions and build compelling business cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
The estimated salary for this role is $135,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a base salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 and a performance-based bonus structure.
