About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Office Associate to join our team at CarMax. As a Business Office Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the functions of all store departments, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete administrative tasks to support all store departments, including financial transactions and paperwork processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and business partners to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Maintain coverage at the information desk and answer multi-line phone systems.
  • Learn and succeed as part of a high-energy team that prioritizes the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment with a strong customer focus.
  • Excellent listening skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
