  • Produce and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports for Local Marketing, processing Pre-Assigned Representative requests for Sales.
  • Validate data for Owner Equity, Campaigns, Soft Scores, and MOARS, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with Word and Excel software preferred.
  • Previous timeshare marketing or sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
