Job Overview

At Loews Royal Pacific Resort, we're seeking a skilled Star Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Star Service Delivery team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of service delivery and guest feedback.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Room Service Supervisor/Captain in a high-volume, quality hotel operation.
  • Thorough knowledge of quality Room Service techniques and standards.
  • Familiar with all aspects of providing superior guest service.
  • Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of or ability to learn various hospitality software applications.
  • Effective organization, communication, leadership, and management skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing 35+ pounds.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
