Job Title: Activities Coordinator

Westgate Resorts is seeking a highly energetic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating recreational programs for guests of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily recreational programs for guests, including planning, organizing, and instructing classes, activities, and events.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain recreation inventory and order supplies within budgetary constraints.
  • Assist other departments as needed and monitor pool safety.
Requirements:
  • 6 months of experience in activities/recreation, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid FL State Driver's License to drive company golf carts.
  • Westgate Resorts is a smoke and tobacco-free workplace.
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
