Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and propose comprehensive BAS solutions that align with their operational goals and budget
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
- Solution Presentation: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Honeywell BAS offerings
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position Honeywell as a preferred BAS provider
- Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in building automation systems, HVAC, or related fields
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with BAS technologies such as HVAC controls, energy management systems, and integration platforms
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Customer Focus: Dedication to understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service and support
- Current, valid driver's license
