We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at St. Cloud Refrigeration (SCR). As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of Honeywell's Building Automation Systems across designed territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and propose comprehensive BAS solutions that align with their operational goals and budget
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
  • Solution Presentation: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Honeywell BAS offerings
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position Honeywell as a preferred BAS provider
  • Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in building automation systems, HVAC, or related fields
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with BAS technologies such as HVAC controls, energy management systems, and integration platforms
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service and support
  • Current, valid driver's license
