Position Overview:
Our client, a charitable organization, is in search of a temporary Program Operations Specialist to assist their team in a dynamic environment for a minimum duration of 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee calendar management and scheduling; monitor project timelines and aid in event planning and coordination.
* Provide support in grant and proposal development.
* Assist with financial oversight and the preparation of budget reports.
* Create promotional materials, newsletters, brochures, presentations, spreadsheets, and various documents.
* Offer additional programmatic and administrative assistance as required.

Candidate Profile:
* A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in program operations.
* A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
* Experience in supporting educational programs and events is advantageous.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong collaboration, time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Position Details:
* Compensation ranges from $32/hr to $36/hr, based on experience.
* Temporary role for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
* Hybrid work model with 3 days per week on-site presence.
* Accessible via public transportation.
