We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team at Seegrid. As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the installation and demonstration of our autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) at customer sites. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting field issues, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scope and replicate new customer applications
  • Assist with installations of customer applications
  • Develop and perform product demonstrations
  • Maintain training documentation and develop new training tools and procedures
  • Triage service tickets and perform analysis to resolve issues
  • Travel to customer sites for data collection and issue investigations
Requirements
  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a related technical field
  • Experience with robotics and automation systems
  • Experience working with Linux
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience working with related sensor systems
  • Experience using containers (e.g., Docker)
  • Programming experience (C++, Python)
  • Experience with ROS or ROS2
  • Familiarity with software version control systems and other software engineering best practices
