Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Field Engineer to join our team at Terracon. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing engineering and consulting services for a broad array of projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and/or lead field investigations, engineering analysis, calculations, and recommendations
  • Design and develop plans and specifications
  • Observe and inspect construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
  • Prepare proposals and cost estimates, track and evaluate project progress, budgets, and recommend changes
  • Research and resolve design and construction problems
  • Assign, review, and evaluate laboratory or field data for inclusion in reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineering Intern (EI) designation (preferred)
