Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the internal project scope, budget, timeline, and change orders.
• Responsible for materials planning, budget formulation, and cost management for assigned projects.
• Acquire and manage the necessary equipment and resources for projects.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive project schedule and work plan.
• Comprehend lifecycle management for quality applications and processes for protocol development and execution.
• Direct internal and/or client management activities for designated projects.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and resource allocation issues.


Support and Communication:
• Assist team members, acting as the liaison with clients to discuss changes in project scope, timelines, or budgets.
• Provide regular and clear project updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings aimed at problem-solving to drive solutions for equipment/process issues, employing methodologies such as FMEA and root cause analysis.


Vendor Management:
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts, materials, components, and equipment, adhering to budget and technical specifications.


Qualifications:
• Confident professional with extensive procurement experience.
• Familiarity with effective procurement practices in relation to MRP and replenishment concepts.
• Understanding of the procurement cycle, including order placement, expediting, de-expediting, and data collection for future buying strategies.
• Ability to draft policies and procedures.
• Proficient in data analysis against procurement and stocking concepts/policies.
• Experience in mentoring buyers on standard work and performance cycles.
• Competent in using Excel or ERP tools in line with MRP concepts.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards is a significant advantage for setup and MDM structure.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the supply chain function.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Intermediate proficiency in WORD for authoring/editing technical documents.
• Basic skills in EXCEL and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication capabilities.
• Experience with high levels of challenge and change is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
