Client Relationship Coordinator

Typically consisting of two or three members, your role as a Branch Office Support Professional is vital alongside the financial advisor. You will be the initial point of contact for clients, both over the phone and in person. Your responsibilities are numerous, but the key focus is to build strong relationships with clients, enabling you to anticipate their needs and address potential issues proactively. Together with your financial advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward their most important financial aspirations.
