Wire Harness Technician

Cub Crafters is seeking a skilled Wire Harness Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality wire harnesses for our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and cut wires to specified lengths and colors
• Loop wires between guide pegs on harness boards, following color-coded lines or sequential numbers
• Attach wire ends to components, plugs, or terminal strips using soldering irons or calibrated crimping devices
• Test wiring continuity using continuity testers
• Use a computer to log into production and timekeeping software systems
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous wire harness experience a plus
• Previous electrical experience a plus
Competencies:
• Good dexterity and manual dexterity test scores
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to perform operations without damaging internal wires
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized, able to prioritize, and stay on task
• Self-discipline and ability to complete duties
• Ability to adapt to short notice demands and changing requirements
• Consistently at work and on time
• Contributes to a positive team spirit and treats people with respect
Benefits:
• Pay based on experience, range $16.28 to $20.00
• One week paid vacation after year one, two weeks paid vacation per year afterwards
