Aerotek is seeking a skilled Wire Harness Assembler to join our team in Yakima, Washington. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality wire harnesses for our aerospace clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and cut wires to specified lengths
  • Select wires of specified color, marking, or length
  • Loop wires between guide pegs on harness board
  • Follow color-coded lines or sequential numbers on board or diagram
  • Attach ends of wires to components, plugs, or terminal strips using soldering iron or calibrated crimping device
  • Use a heat gun to install heat shrink
  • Test wiring continuity using continuity tester
  • Use a computer to log into the production and timekeeping software system
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in electrical or mechanical assembly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
