About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Property Adjuster to join our team at Allstate Insurance Company. As a Field Property Adjuster, you will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to customers' homes to conduct on-site inspections and investigations
  • Prepare estimates and settle claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle virtual claims countrywide, leveraging various platforms and software
  • Focus on water losses, ensuring customers receive the highest level of support and resolution
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex claims

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an outside adjuster is highly desired
  • Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for estimating
  • Strong critical thinking and technical skills to assess damages accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to travel to customers' homes and handle virtual claims countrywide
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality work

Notice of Licensing Requirement

As a condition of employment, you may be required to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license, which includes passing an additional background check with the Department of Labor.

Sign On Bonus

You may be eligible for a $1000 Licensing Sign on Bonus if you have the applicable active licenses needed for this role.

Company Car

Based on our Company Car Guidelines, this role may qualify for a company car. Our leadership team determines this based on annual work mileage for this location.
