Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Disaster Response Leader to join our team. As a Disaster Response Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating disaster response efforts, working closely with property owners, adjusters, and project managers to ensure a smooth recovery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, adjusters, and project managers
  • Coordinate disaster response efforts, including assessing damage, developing recovery plans, and overseeing project execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring property owners receive the highest quality care during the recovery process
  • Work closely with the team to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in disaster response, restoration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $50,000 to $100,000+ per year, depending on experience and production. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
