Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for sales with a specific group of customers and will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in reaching sales goals and customer account development, with strong relationships in the commercial aviation community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments within the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including airlines, MROs, and OEMs.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent.
5 plus years of experience in sales, program management, or customer support.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce database.
