As a Member Resource Center Representative at Greater Nevada Credit Union, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our members. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with members through various communication channels, including phone, video, and electronic communication, to provide personalized assistance and promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals, including sales and service metrics, to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Effectively communicate with members through various channels, including secure messaging, chat, text, email, and fax, to provide accurate and timely information.
- Apply knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act procedures and reporting requirements to ensure compliance and maintain a high level of integrity.
- Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not necessary.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with members.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities and complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone for extended periods.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
