As a Member Resource Center Representative at Greater Nevada Credit Union, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our members. Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance goals, including sales and service metrics, to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Effectively communicate with members through various channels, including secure messaging, chat, text, email, and fax, to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Apply knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act procedures and reporting requirements to ensure compliance and maintain a high level of integrity.
Requirements
  • Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not necessary.
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with members.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities and complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone for extended periods.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
