About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Manager to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our retail store management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of sales floor associates, technical support specialists, and business team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Development: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and achieve business objectives.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, and that customers feel valued and supported.
  • Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team performance.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and/or other languages is a plus.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
