Position Overview

Senior Vice President of Financial Operations

This is a remarkable opportunity for an experienced executive to lead the Financial Operations of a multi-hospital system. The selected candidate will be tasked with overseeing key financial functions including accounting, budgeting, reimbursement processes, treasury management, and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct oversight of financial operations across a network of healthcare facilities.
  • Collaboration with executive leadership and board members to ensure financial integrity and operational discipline.
  • Management of acute care financial statements and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in acute care hospital finance, preferably within a multi-entity framework.
  • A Bachelor's Degree and a valid CPA license are mandatory.
  • A Master's Degree is highly regarded.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance management roles within a healthcare network, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Familiarity with financial software such as Infor, Lawson, and Strata is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate for a hybrid work arrangement.
