We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN/RN to join our team at Northeast Urogynecology. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a close-knit team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with procedures related to urogynecology, including cystoscopy, urodynamics, bladder instillations, and voiding trials.
- Triage and educate patients on their conditions and treatment options.
- Participate in clinical operations, including medical documentation, patient scheduling, and flow management.
- Coordinate and supervise stocking, autoclaving, and cleaning of medical supplies, adhering to OSHA and office protocols.
- Perform inventory management for medical and surgical supplies.
Requirements:
- High-quality communication skills to work effectively with peers, patients, and physicians.
- Ability to perform regular and required nurse duties.
- Leadership skills and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
